Inspired by the Lancashire Landscape

I am an artist and designer based in rural Lancashire. Surrounded by the natural landscapes that fuel my creativity, I use my daily environment to observe, study, and learn from the local wildlife. From these inspirations, I create original paintings and purposeful art that connects deeply with the natural world.

My Creative Journey

My background began in graphic design, working extensively across both corporate and freelance sectors. To broaden my artistic horizons, I later earned a BA (Hons) in Visual Communications, blending my design foundations with illustration. This progression expanded my technical skills, enabling me to work fluently across a wide variety of styles and mediums. Today, this diverse training allows me to seamlessly merge graphic precision with tactile, fine art processes—most notably in my original mixed-media and pressed-leaf paintings.

Art with a Purpose

My practice promotes the raw beauty of nature and champions the need to move towards a kinder environment. Through my work, I highlight endangered wildlife and suggest effective ways we can help to protect them. Every piece I create reflects my passion for combining decorative design with meaningful, nature-inspired art.
